Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery to provide comprehensive nursing care during labor and delivery. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.

The role requires 1–2 years of direct L&D experience, graduation from an approved nursing program, and a valid RN license. Night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), 36 hours/week, starting pay $33.15/hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license — multi-state or applicable state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess and monitor patients while considering age, cultural, psychosocial, and clinical needs.
• Document patient care accurately using appropriate medical terminology.
• Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and educational activities.
