Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Michigan nursing license.
• BSN preferred.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to develop effective nursing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate patient information to the care team.
• Identify and address variances from patient goals and outcomes.
