Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Winchester Hospital in Massachusetts for a 24-hour-per-week day position with weekend and holiday rotations.

You will complete assessments, administer medications, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies to optimize outcomes while collaborating with physicians to develop care plans and educate patients and families for best possible recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• BSN strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
