Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program.
• RN licensure required in Tennessee.
• Relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates care delivery.
• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts care to achieve outcomes.
