Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree is required.
• Oklahoma Registered Nurse License is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• Two or more years of experience in L&D or NICU.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to patients on each medical-surgical unit, including L&D and NICU.
• Develop, modify, and implement the plan of care in accordance with standards to deliver quality care.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and other regulatory bodies (CMS and TJC).
