Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is hiring a night shift, full-time Registered Nurse for the L&D, Postpartum, and NICU Float Pool. You will provide bedside nursing care across units, document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in nursing, an active Oklahoma RN license, and BLS certification. Experience in L&D or NICU is preferred to support a seamless float pool operation.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree required.
• Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• Two or more years of experience in L&D or NICU.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care per standards.
• Provide care for patients on L&D, postpartum, NICU and rehab units as float.
• Develop, modify, and implement the plan of care to deliver quality patient care.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and accrediting standards.
