INTEGRIS Health in Enid, OK is seeking a night shift RN for the L&D Float Pool. This internal traveler role requires active Oklahoma RN licensure or eNLC, BLS, and relevant certifications with the option to float across departments including ED. Expect flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly rate.

The position emphasizes leadership in care delivery, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams while meeting departmental competencies during orientation.

Formación

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC
• 3 years RN hospital experience or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD
• BLS certification current or within 30 days
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by competency within 90 days
• English communication proficiency
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Experience across specialties may be required during orientation

Responsabilidades

• Work night shift as RN in L&D float pool, floating to ED and other departments as needed
• Commit to minimum 36 hours per week with four weekend shifts per month
• Work all holidays during assignment
• Manage patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate
• Supervise and coordinate delegation of care to licensed and non-licensed staff
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students and new staff
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment and participate in on-call status if required
• Adhere to department competency requirements during orientation
