Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley in Yukon, OK seeks a Night Shift, full-time iFlex RN Float Pool nurse to deliver patient care across units under the nursing process. The base rate is $50/hr, with front-loaded PTO and comprehensive benefits through INTEGRIS Health.

Requirements include 2 years RN experience, Oklahoma RN licensure (or eNLC), BLS and ACLS within 30 days, and strong English communication. The role requires adapting to multiple departments and mentoring staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years equivalent RN patient care experience within the past 3 years.
• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or eNLC member state.
• BLS and ACLS within 30 days of hire.
• Other certifications as required by service line.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments of patients.
• Develops plan of care and documents nursing process.
• Implements appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluates patient care outcomes and adjusts plan.
• Supervises and coordinates licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Mentors non-licensed personnel and students.
• Follow iFlex RN Float Pool guidelines.
