Job summary

Powers Health in Munster, IN, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the IV Therapy Team to work nights (9p-7:30a or 10:30p-7a), including every third weekend and holidays. This is a full-time, bonus-eligible position with a 0.9 FTE and night shift hours.

The RN will implement, direct, and document the nursing process, ensure patient safety, and maintain standards of care across the hospital. BSN preferred; Indiana licensure required; IV experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Indiana licensure by the State Health Professions Bureau.
• BSN preferred.
• Obtains and maintains current CPR certification.
• IV therapy experience preferred.

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process.
• Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and associates.
• Practice according to standards of care and Nurse Practice Act.
