Job summary

Majestic Care of South Bend is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift to provide skilled nursing care on an assigned unit, under nursing management.

This role supervises CNAs, administers medications, starts IVs, and implements physician orders while documenting care in compliance with state and federal rules.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license in Indiana; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state (Indiana).
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document the residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments as ordered.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate nursing care when residents undergo therapy or procedures.
