Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current BLS certification at time of hire.
• Active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Prefer 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time in acute care.
• ACLS required for most units; additional unit-specific certifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies.
• Demonstrate patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff; basic computer skills.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Other duties as assigned.
