Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit on a full-time Night shift (36 hours per week), 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible nurses.

The role emphasizes patient assessments, delivery of hands-on care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team. You will participate in rounds and ongoing professional development through the RN Fellowship.

Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Licensed or eligible for Virginia RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments to collect basic data and follows plans of care.
• Organizes, prioritizes and delivers patient care with the care model in place.
• Provides compassionate, hands‑on care while protecting patient privacy.
• Documents all patient care activities per standards.
• Participates in multidisciplinary rounds and team meetings.
• Attends RN Fellowship learning sessions and completes assignments on time.
• May serve as a preceptor after orientation.
