Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intermediate Care Unit. This full-time night position works 36 hours weekly (3-12 hour nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible nurses.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or ADN with BSN within 5 years of start date.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments and follow care plans under supervision of an experienced RN.
• Organize and deliver patient care using the unit’s care model and guidelines.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in rounds and multidisciplinary meetings as part of the healthcare team.
• Support patients’ families and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
