Job summary

Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC is hiring an RN for the Inpatient Rehab unit (night shift). This 30-bed unit specializes in neurology patients and operates three 12‑hour night shifts per week, 7a‑7p.

You will plan and deliver professional nursing care per established plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing professional development and patient safety initiatives. Must hold BSN (or be enrolled) and have NC RN licensure; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN program.
• Current North Carolina RN licensure; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per plans of care and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Maintain environment of care, equipment, and supplies; document care.
• Contribute to performance improvement activities and ongoing professional development.
