Qualifications

• Current RN license in WA or MLS.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certifications as required by facility/department.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and reduce costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff and health-care team members.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, respecting diverse backgrounds.
