Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced RN for inpatient post-surgical care. You will deliver comprehensive nursing support, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure a seamless patient journey.

The role requires an Oklahoma RN license and a current BLS certification, with a diploma in nursing or equivalent licensure. Night shifts and full-time scheduling apply, with opportunities for growth within Ascension.

Qualifications

Active RN license with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
Diploma in Nursing or equivalent licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Lead Patient Care: deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care per standards and protocols.
Drive Care Planning: initiate, implement and monitor personalized care plans.
Coordinate the Team: act as central communication link among physicians and specialists.
Practice Vigilant Monitoring: observe, record, and promptly report changes in patient conditions.
