Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the 7B Advanced Heart Failure unit at Charlotte, NC (CMC). This full-time night shift (7p–7a) role requires a nursing program completion, an active RN license in the state, and BLS.

Candidates should have 6 months of RN, with cardiac experience preferred; familiarity with drips and device training is a plus. The position offers night differential, benefits eligibility, and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience; not for new grads.
• RN license issued by the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA).
• 6–12 months of cardiac experience; familiarity with drips; training in devices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure patient safety and optimal experience.
