Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse for the 6T Cardiac Intermediate unit at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, active RN license, and BLS certification.

You will deliver comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Cardiac Intermediate setting, including post-operative care for cardiac procedures. The position is full-time with 36 hours per week, a 12-hour night shift rotation, and holiday/weekend

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Education

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
