You will be a trusted clinical leader, overseeing residents, CNAs, and on-call providers to ensure comfort, safety, and continuity of care in a calm, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a team during night hours.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team members as needed.
• Provide calm reassurance and emotional support to residents overnight.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic nighttime environment.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
