Valley View Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Night Shift LPN Charge Nurse to provide direct nursing care and lead the overnight team. You will supervise CNAs, monitor residents, and coordinate with on-call providers to ensure continuity of care through the night.

The role emphasizes independence, a patient-first approach, and reliability in a home-like long-term care setting with a strong emphasis on safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Provide calm reassurance and emotional support overnight.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environment.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
