Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
• No experience required

Responsibilities

• Performs specialized tasks to provide nursing care for patient population served
• Performs patient assessments including biophysical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and age appropriate needs
• Develops and delivers patient/family education plans and coaching
• Documents accurately and timely, processes physician orders, and monitors care delivery
• Collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals regarding all aspects of patient care
• Applies evidence-based practice to nursing care for age-specific and clinical needs
• Maintains alertness and safety, performs other duties as assigned
