Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Grovetown, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts (7p-7a). You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care and collaborate with a diverse care team to support patient well-being across the care continuum.

The role requires an associate degree or nursing diploma (BSN preferred), ACLS and BLS certifications, and a minimum of 10 years of direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required (ASN or Diploma) or BSN preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred (BSN)

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Coordinates care with patients and families via bedside shift reports and rounds; ensures goals are the focus of the plan of care.
• Promotes and participates in performance improvement and adherence to standards and policies.
