Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN Night shifts to join the patient care team.

Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience is required for PRN.
• Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing or Masters Nursing-Preferred
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing services by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Serve as a liaison between patient, family, providers and the care team to ensure clear communication.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
• Mentor and precept other nurses and promote professionalism within the team.
• Support shared governance and contribute to a positive work environment.
