Job summary

Arbors at Minerva is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift (6p-6a) to plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents while supervising clinical staff.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state employed.
• CPR certification required.
• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs and performs treatments as required.
• Supervises, directs and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Coordinates nursing care during therapy or procedures and ensures safety.
