Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Women's Lakeside Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Night Shift Staff Registered Nurse for a full-time position (0700p–0700a). The role includes managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process, with potential to float to other units and to participate in on-call status as needed.

The team emphasizes safety and adherence to care standards. Applicants must hold an Oklahoma RN license (or a valid multi-state license) and current BLS; CPR may be required for

Qualifications

Current RN license in Oklahoma or a valid multi-state license (eNLC).
BLS certification required; Hospice role may require CPR in lieu of BLS.
CPR certification preferred or required per unit.

Responsibilities

Assessment/re-assessments
Development of the plan of care
Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
