Job summary

Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders.
- Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care.
- Document patient information and outcomes accurately.
- Evaluate and adjust care plans for better outcomes.
- Maintain infection control and safety standards.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Supervise and delegate tasks within the care team.
- Engage in professional development and performance improvement.
- Respond to code situations and stabilize patients.
