Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN license in state of employment; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individualized treatment programs in collaboration with Charge Nurses.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and document nursing encounters per policy.
