Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse for the night shift in Town of Vermont, Wisconsin. You will make a difference in the lives of underserved patients, providing compassionate care and support under the supervision of Charge Nurses.

The role requires excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with responsibilities from patient education to medication administration. Compensation ranges from $45 to $55 per hour along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin required.
• CPR certification must be obtained and maintained.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care using nursing process assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting.
• Communicate information effectively to nursing staff and physicians.
