Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL, is seeking an RN 2 for the 7SA General Surgery & Medicine unit. This full-time night shift (12-hour, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) offers a competitive pay range and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The successful candidate provides skilled nursing care, identifies patient responses, and collaborates with the health care team. Candidates must hold Illinois RN licensure, maintain BLS, and have a BSN or higher (ADN acceptable with conditions).

Qualifications

• Illinois RN licensure required with current BLS.
• Nursing degree at baccalaureate level or higher; ADN acceptable with conditions.
• Strong communication and leadership in patient care.
