Job summary

Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Ernest Health, is seeking a House Supervisor for the night shift in Prescott Valley, AZ. The role supervises nursing staff, ensures continuity of patient care, and provides direct nursing care as needed in a 44-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate holds a RN license, CPR certification, and has at least 1 year of acute care experience; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse license is required.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• One year of recent acute care experience is required; ACLS is preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control and wound care standards is expected.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing services administratively during the assigned night shift.
• Coordinates and supervises nursing staff to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Delivers professional nursing care within the assigned unit.
• Incorporates the hospital mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
