Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Requires minimum two (2) years experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred in psychiatric nursing.
• Previous management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of quality nursing care for inpatient units and Assessment.
• Manage admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, seclusion/restraint, and involuntary admission processes.
• Develop clinical knowledge and skills of nursing staff; participate in orientation of new hires.
• Serve as a bridge between hospital operations and executive leadership (AOC/CEO).
