Job summary

Woodland Springs is a 96-bed behavioral health hospital in Conroe, TX, seeking a House Supervisor RN to oversee nursing and hospital operations during nights. You will manage staffing, ensure quality patient care, and support department managers with education, discipline, and compliance.

You'll lead with nursing assessments, treatment planning, and direct patient care as needed, while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Current Registered Nurse license as required by state regulations.
• Leadership experience in a nursing or psychiatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing and hospital operations during assigned shifts to ensure quality general and psychiatric patient care.
• Supervises staffing and scheduling, provides direct nursing care, and supports managers with education and compliance.
• Conduct staff evaluations, disciplinary actions, and prepare meeting minutes as needed.
• Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and complete and deliver quality nursing care to achieve treatment plan goals.
