Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient-centered care on the night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) in Connecticut. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, communicate clinical changes, and ensure age-appropriate support across the life span.

Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold CT RN licensure, and obtain BLS and ACLS certifications either at hire or during orientation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate patient’s clinical condition and respond quickly to changes.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate care across the life span.
