Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association in Skokie, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift. Requires IL RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification. Minimum 2 years in Labor and Delivery or acute care.

Qualifications

• Must hold IL RN license and BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery or acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaborative skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises patient care plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Communicates care plans and patient data to team and families, respecting patient preferences.
• Provides tailored education on disease management and emergency care.
• Supports team education and shares best practices.
• Assists with technical procedures such as injections, IV management, and oxygen therapy.
• Participates in performance improvement and research activities.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and assists with patient transportation if necessary.
