Complete Care at Wheaton is hiring a Registered Nurse for the direct care of residents on a full-time night shift in Maryland. The role is agency-free and focuses on high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting.

RNs must be licensed to practice in Maryland, pass standard checks, and demonstrate leadership. The position offers career growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits to support both patient care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work as a Maryland RN.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Demonstrates professional and clinical leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: oral, topical, IV, and injectable therapies.
• Treatments: wound care/prevention, pain management, dressing applications.
• Assessment & Monitoring: health assessments, monitor changes, analyze data.
• Care Planning: create, update, and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaboration: coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Family & Resident Education: explain health status and care expectations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health status and care records.
• Team Oversight: oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
