Responsibilities

• Follow physician orders and document accurate assessment data.
• Record a patient’s medical history accurately.
• Monitor changes in condition and notify physician or supervisor.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, wound care, and related tasks.
• Provide monitoring/training of staff to maintain quality of care for residents.
• Communicate with patients’ families to provide guidance and release instructions.
