Job summary

McLaren Health Care's Marwood Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents during the night shift. You will work 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 72 hours every two weeks, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in collaboration with the health team.

The role includes assessing residents, documenting in medical records, administering medications, and supervising direct care staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and Michigan RN licensure.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care of residents as directed by the Medical Director and nursing leadership.
• Conduct daily resident visits and document observations; notify physician of status.
• Engage in resident care reviews and help set goals and care plans.
• Prepare assessments and care plans; document in the medical record per guidelines.
• Administer medications and record on MAR.
• Supervise direct care staff and manage supplies and inventory.
