Job summary

Memorial Health in Springfield, Illinois, is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the General Medical/Surgical Unit. This full-time position involves working three 12-hour night shifts with an every third weekend rotation.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high quality standards in a supportive Magnet environment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and supervising LPNs.

Competitive pay rates ranging from $30.23 to $48.37 per hour, alongside a $20,000 sign-on bonus, will be offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Illinois required.
• Healthcare Provider or Instructor BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS Provider or Instructor certification required within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Performs age appropriate assessments.
• Analyzes data to identify nursing problems.
• Provides direct patient care, develops individualized plan of care in partnership with patients & families.
• Documents patient care according to policies and procedures.
