The long-term care RN role at Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN, uses the nursing process to deliver personalized care for residents across all care phases. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

The nurse may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as needed to ensure safe, reliable care. Qualified individuals are licensed RNs in Minnesota and may hold a BSN.

Formación

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Licensure and certifications as required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
