Job summary

This non-exempt, part-time role requires flexibility for days/evenings/nights, with 12-hour night shifts 1900–0730 and a minimum of two shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program with ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA recognition.
• RN license by state requirements and BLS competency.
• PCU/ICU experience preferred; ACLS required upon hire.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to teach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care.
• Educate patients and families; manage transitions of care.
• Lead through preceptorship and team leadership roles.
• Participate in quality improvement and committees as needed.
• Demonstrate adaptability to shifts, including nights and weekends.
