Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license (or license eligible) required.
- CPR certification from American Heart Association or equivalent required.
- BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program as stated in qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and gather health data in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Coordinate and individualize patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and effective interventions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across various platforms.
- Provide patient and family education tailored to their learning needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintain current professional knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
