Job summary

UC Health West Chester Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Float Pool on the night shift. The RN will support Med Surg units and a Level III Trauma Center, delivering care based on assessed needs and standard policies.

This role includes a $10 premium pay added to base salary and opportunities to influence patient care on a float pool, with self-scheduling options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an OH RN license.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in Med Surg Float Pool during night shift.
• Develop and implement interdisciplinary care plans.
• Communicate care plans to the healthcare team and families.
• Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response Team as needed.
• Maintain documentation per policy and procedure.
