Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• State licensure as RN is required
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required, ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Documents findings accurately and reports changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with the team.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Follows infection control protocols to prevent infections.
• Maintains equipment and ensures patient safety and clean environment.
• Participates in audits and compliance checks as required.
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to policies.
