The ideal candidate has 0‑2 years in a clinical setting, holds an RN license, and is proficient in medication administration, documentation, infection control and patient education. BCLS is required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure required by state; BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Strong nursing process knowledge and documentation skills.

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control standards and safe environment.
• Document care thoroughly and promptly in medical records.
