Job summary
Trinity Health Livingston is calling for experienced Registered Nurses to join FirstChoice, Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution. This part-time night-shift position offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, and travel per diem opportunities, with assignments across health system locations.
Ideal candidates will have an accredited nursing degree, RN licensure, and 18+ months in Med Surg/Tele/PCU or 2+ years in other specialties.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
Responsibilities
- Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
- Apply nursing process: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate.
- Act independently within licensure, knowledge, and experience.
- Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions/outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
