Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking Travel Registered Nurses for FirstChoice, a mobile staffing solution across its health system. You’ll float across hospital locations and regions, providing care in Med Surg, Tele, PCU and more, with premium pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, RN licensure in applicable states, 18 months in Med Surg/Tele/PCU and 2 years for specialized areas, plus credentials (ACLS/TNCC/PALS).

Qualifications

• Must have graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the states of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU; 2 years for other specialties.
• Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc.) required; BLS/ACLS/PALS through AHA.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse practice settings.
