Qualifications

• BSN required and eligible for CN-C FIT advancement.
• Active California RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• English proficiency required; Spanish preferred.
• Must meet department staffing criteria as defined in PPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect age-specific, patient-centered care.
• Perform nursing process with minimal supervision and in accordance with the PPC.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff per scope of practice.
• Maintain professional demeanor and collaborate with team to ensure safe patient care.
