Job summary

St. Charles Health System, Bend, OR, is seeking an RN for the Family Birthing Center on the night shift. The role requires a current Oregon RN license and 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with preferred BSN.

The position supports 24/7 care with patient- and family-centered approaches, and includes critical responsibilities across LDRP units. Eligible candidates may receive relocation assistance; additional perquisites and mandatory certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and fetal

Qualifications

• Required: 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Required: Current Oregon RN license.
• Preferred: BSN or higher.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE and fetal monitoring training as listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient and family centered care on the Family Birthing Center.
• Oversee care from shift to shift, maintaining nursing standards and compliance.
• Administer medications and document care in EMR per hospital policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the health care team.
