Job summary

Saint Alphonsus in Nampa, Idaho, seeks a part-time Labor & Delivery RN for 12-hour night shifts at Birkeland Maternity Center. The role offers sign-on incentives and relocation assistance for eligible candidates, with opportunities to care for mothers and babies and to work within a dedicated OB team.

Requirements include an Idaho RN license, Oregon license or proof of application within 90 days, BLS/HCP, ACLS and NRP within six months, and PALS/STABLE/NCC-EFM within one year.

Qualifications

• Experience in OB nursing, preferably LDRP.
• Idaho RN license required; multi-state license must establish Idaho residency within 60 days.
• Oregon RN license or proof of application within 90 days of hire.
• BLS/HCP certification required.
• ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months.
• PALS, STABLE and NCC-EFM certifications required or obtained within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide Labor & Delivery and postpartum care as part of a patient‑centered OB team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and support staff to meet mother/baby needs.
• Cover assigned shifts and may work at Boise or Nampa Family Maternity Units as needed.
