Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse for night shifts. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality care, supported by evidence-based practice and the Wellstar governance model.

The role requires an RN with 5+ years of direct patient care, current GA licensure or multi-state compact, and BLS-Instructor certification. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as we strive for excellence in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All licenses are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum 5 years RN direct patient care experience.
• English language literacy and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Nursing Process with evidence-based practice.
